58 y/o HIV negative traveler fro Philippines, arrived 3 weeks prior to presentation

2-3 weeks of productive cough; 10lb weight loss;

Episode of blood tinged sputum prompting hospital visit;

Febrile to 38.8, Vitals otherwise stable.

Prior history of TB treated with '4 drugs' in Philippines in 2010

PMH: Diabetes - Treated with oral agents at home
