A 49 year old male farmer presented with c/o: 15 days of shortness of breath, easy fatigability, dry cough, intermittent fever (100°F), swelling of both lower limbs for10 days, fresh bleeding per rectum approx. 4-5 drops, usually after defecation off & on, no rash/joint pain.
