19 year old woman presents with subjective fever X 1.5 months
- 6 kg weight loss
- Painful paraesthesia since 1 month, over both legs - constant in nature with no diurnal variation - Aggravated by walking over rough surfaces and on exposure to cold air - Progressed to funtional difficulty in locomotion
- Intermittent dyspnea upon exertion X 15 days
