44yr/M, farmer by occupation, resident of Maharashtra, presented with c/o:
- abdominal pain
- yellowish discoloration of eyes and urine
- generalised itching
Abdominal pain - more in epigastric region, increased with f ood intake and not related to change of posture.
H/o passing clay coloured stoos and passage of few drops of blood at the start of defecation which was painless.
No history of fever / chest pain / vomiting
