History of Presenting Illness: Past-no h/o similar illness in the past, no h/o jaundice in the past; personal-Not contributory; Family-no h/o Tuberculosis in the family.



Physical Examination: General- Febrile 102.8 F, Pulse 140/min, BP=110/70 mmHg, RR= 18/min, No rash, clubbing, icterus, lymphadenopathy; Per Abdomen- No hepatosplenomegaly, RS- Clear, CVS- tachycardia+, no murmur, CNS- no neck stiffness, no focal deficit.
