• 33 year old female, resident of Pune.



• Presented with whitish intermittent pus discharge, from a scar beneath the umbilicus, ongoing since 10 months.



• H/O Tubectomy 1 year back.• No history of fever, weight loss, anorexia.



• No history of night sweats.



• No abdominal pain, diarrhea.



• No history of cough
