• 45yr old male presented with headache for 3 weeks; seizures, fever and vomiting for last 3 days.



History of Present Illness

• 
  Headache, moderate intensity, continuous mainly in bilateral frontal region for last 3 weeks
• 
  Fever, intermittent, moderate grade(Tmax-101 F) without chills for last 3 days.
• 
  Vomiting- multiple episodes, projectile, non-bloody for last 3 days
• 
  Seizures- 1 episode of generalized tonic clonic seizures associated with uprolling of eye balls, drooling of saliva and passage of stools.
