Description 


20 Yr old male was admitted in chest ward for pulmonary tuberculosis since 6 days & was referred to medicine on the 6th day of admission for altered sensorium.



Patient gave h/o:



  • weight loss since 5 to 6 months 


  • Fever with chills since 2 months


  • Cough with expectoration since 2 months


  • Generalized weakness since 2 months


  • Generalized weakness since 2 months


  • Altered sensorium for 1 day.
