Description
80 year old male farmer by occupation presented with complaints of (since 2-3 days):
- Loose stools 8-10 episodes (watery in consistency, non foul smelling, without blood stain)
- Vomiting 6-7 episodes (non projectile, containing food particles)
- Pain in abdomen
No history of:
- Fever, burning micturition
- Burning micturition
- Outside food consumption
- Blood in vomitus
